On National Day of Service and Remembrance, observed annually in the United States on September 11 to commemorate the victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks in America, the Global Citizens will present a new civic initiative, the “Bring Them Home Alive.”
We join with people across the globe in remembering the victims of 9/11. Those who were lost will never be forgotten. In Honor of the lives we lost in the 9/11 attacks, let us today revive the spirit of kindness and compassion that Americans, and particularly New Yorkers, showed themselves in the face of chaos.
