Russia on Wednesday released ten foreign prisoners of war captured in Ukraine following mediation by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi foreign ministry said.
Freed prisoners of war include nationals of Morocco, the United States, Great Britain, Sweden, and Croatia.
Relevant Saudi authorities are proceeding with procedures to receive and transfer prisoners from Russia to the Kingdom and safely return them to their respective countries.
